Enterprise learning solutions: what are you trying to improve?
Six enterprise learning problems, and what changes when MobiLearn handles each one. Start with the one costing you the most right now.
Employee onboarding
The problem
A new hire spends their first fortnight waiting for someone with time to explain the job, and their manager loses that fortnight too.
What changes
New hires reach useful output faster on one structured journey: orientation, role and process learning, policy completion with certificates, a knowledge check, and progress the hiring manager can see without asking.
For HR and L and D See employee onboardingCompliance and SOP training
The problem
Mandatory training finishes late, the evidence is reconstructed the week an audit is announced, and the English SOP never reaches the people expected to follow it.
What changes
Assignment, deadlines, escalation, pass thresholds, certificates, recertification, version tracking and audit-ready exports by department and location. One English SOP becomes regional-language video for the floor.
For compliance, risk and qualityFrontline and distributed workforce
The problem
The people furthest from head office are the ones a desktop LMS never reaches: no computer, poor connectivity, shift patterns, and a working language that is not English.
What changes
Short video on the phone they already carry, in the language they work in, completed with no network and synced later. Built for plant floors, branches, routes and stores rather than for a desk.
For operations See frontline and distributed workforceSales enablement
The problem
The pitch changed, the deck went out, and nobody can say which sellers can actually handle the objection that decides the deal.
What changes
Product, process and objection training reaches the field in days rather than quarters, with scenario assessment, certification and a readiness view by region that covers dealers and distributors as well as your own team.
For sales, enablement and revenue operations See sales enablementExtended enterprise and channel
The problem
The people carrying your brand to a customer are frequently not your employees, and per-user pricing quietly stops training at the payroll boundary.
What changes
Contractors, dealers, distributors, agents, franchise staff and service partners trained on the same platform. At enterprise scale pricing is banded by workforce rather than charged per user, so extending learning beyond employees does not reprice the licence.
For channel and partner teams See extended enterprise and channelContinuous employee learning
The problem
Learning happens in bursts around an annual plan, and the management review runs on anecdote because nothing else is available.
What changes
Role-based assignment, ongoing campaigns, recaps and reinforcement, knowledge-gap identification, and a monthly review that runs on completion, assessment and retention data.
For L and D See continuous employee learningEvery one of these has its own page, with the operational problem, the workflow, the outcome and capability mapping, product evidence, the deployment questions and the buyer FAQs.
The same workflow, whichever problem you start with
Every solution runs the same five steps, which is why starting with one department does not trap you there.
Proof, and the rule we apply to it
These are the five outcomes enterprise buyers ask a learning platform to move. Case studies are organised around them rather than around product features.
Completion improvement
Mandatory and role-based training finishing before deadline, without the manual chase that usually produces it.
Faster onboarding
New hires reaching useful output sooner, with the ramp measured rather than assumed.
Compliance visibility
Evidence available on demand: who completed, who passed, which version, exportable by department and location.
Distributed engagement
Frontline, branch and field teams actually using the platform, in their own language, often offline.
Less administration
Hours returned to the L and D team as enrolment, chasing and reporting move off their desk.
Why there are no percentages on this page
Every figure MobiLearn publishes carries a label: customer result, industry benchmark, illustrative scenario, or a target agreed during implementation. Nothing appears here until it earns one, which means naming the deployment or describing it precisely, stating the period, and saying how the number was measured. A wall of unattributed percentages takes an afternoon to produce and falls apart in the first procurement conversation.
The same problem, in a different operating context
Industry does not change the workflow. It changes who has to be trained, what forces the training, and what makes reaching those people difficult.
Insurance and BFSI
Branch networks plus an agency force that is not on your payroll, mandatory programmes under multiple regulators, and inspection evidence that gets reconstructed rather than produced.
See BFSIPharma and life sciences
Training gated to an SOP version rather than to a calendar, operators who do not work in English, and a qualification record that is the first thing an inspector asks for.
See pharma and life sciencesManufacturing
Safety and process training for a shift-based floor with poor connectivity, a large contract-labour population, and an audit that arrives after the incident.
See manufacturingHospitality
Onboarding that never stops across a roster that turns over quickly, food and fire safety alongside guest-facing judgement, and contract and seasonal staff wearing your brand without being on your payroll.
See hospitalityMore than software: what a rollout actually involves
Whichever solution you start with, this is the part your IT, security and procurement functions will want answered before the business case gets signed.
- Implementation approach
- Requirement discovery and solution design, organisation setup, configuration, administrator training, a pilot cohort on real content, then rollout with 90-day hypercare. Included with every platform licence, because a rollout that stalls in week three helps nobody.
- Content migration
- Users and organisational structure, courses and content files, SCORM packages, quizzes and question banks, completion history and scores, certificates and compliance records. Test migration, parallel run, cutover, then reconciliation against the source system.
- Integrations
- Single sign-on through your identity provider, HRMS synchronisation for joiners, movers and leavers, REST APIs and SCORM. CRM connections are scoped case by case during implementation rather than promised generically.
- Configuration and branding
- Your identity, your organisational hierarchy, your roles and permissions, and your assignment rules. Configuration rather than custom development, so an upgrade does not become a project.
- Managed learning services
- Content production, enrolment administration, a learner support desk, campaign and nudge management, reporting and monthly reviews. Each bought separately, when the need arises, and never bundled invisibly into the licence.
- Security and privacy
- Shared cloud, dedicated cloud, your own cloud account, private VPC or on-premise, with India region residency available. VAPT, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, DPDPA and GDPR, each set out on the security page.
- Support model
- Standard support included with every licence. Premium SLA, dedicated environments and onsite support are available as separately scoped services.
Choosing a starting point
Can we start with one department and expand later?
Yes. A larger company can begin with a named business unit, region or compliance programme and expand once the rollout is proven. The focused rollout price exists for exactly this.
Which solution should we start with?
Start where the cost of the current situation is clearest. Compliance and onboarding usually have the most measurable pain, and both produce evidence quickly, which helps when you go back for budget.
Do you support training people who are not our employees?
Yes. Contractors, dealers, distributors, agents, franchise staff and service partners can all be trained on MobiLearn. From 1,000 learners pricing is banded by workforce rather than charged per user. Below that, the focused rollout tier does include a per-learner component.
How long does a rollout take?
A pilot cohort on your own content typically runs in the third week: discovery and design in week one, configuration and branding in week two, pilot in week three, then rollout with 90-day hypercare. Migration from an existing LMS and multi-entity structures extend that, and we scope both before the proposal rather than after it.
Can MobiLearn run alongside the LMS we already have?
Yes. It can be your main corporate LMS or run beside an existing one, connected through single sign-on, HRMS integration, APIs and SCORM. Which of the two makes sense usually depends on how much of your content is already in SCORM and who owns the completion record.
Discuss my learning challenge
Bring the problem rather than a feature list. Describe what is not working in your learning programme and we will tell you what MobiLearn does about it, what it does not do, and what the rollout would look like.
