Industries: the same workflow, different constraints
Every sector runs the same five steps. What changes is who has to be trained, what forces the training, and what makes reaching those people hard. Four sectors have their own page. The rest are covered by the solution pages until we have enough sector-specific evidence to write more.
Sectors with their own page
Each one covers the roles that have to be trained, the obligations that force mandatory training in that sector, the deployment questions its IT and risk functions ask first, and where MobiLearn stops.
Insurance and BFSI
Branch networks plus an agency force that is not on your payroll, mandatory programmes under multiple regulators, and inspection evidence that currently gets reconstructed rather than produced.
Banking, insurance, NBFC, broking, wealth See BFSIPharma and life sciences
Training gated to an SOP version rather than to a calendar, operators who do not work in English, and a qualification record that is the first thing an inspector asks for.
Formulations, API, devices, CRO See pharma and life sciencesManufacturing
Safety and process training for a shift-based floor with poor connectivity, a large contract-labour population, and an audit that arrives after the incident rather than before it.
Automotive, engineering, chemicals, FMCG, process See manufacturingHospitality
Onboarding that never stops, food safety and fire safety on the same roster as guest-facing judgement, and a floor where contract and seasonal staff wear your brand without being on your payroll.
Hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering See hospitalityRetail, healthcare, logistics and the rest are not listed as separate pages here. An industry page has to say something specific about that sector's roles, regulations and workflows, and if all it does is restate a solution page under a new heading it is worth nothing to a buyer. Those pages get written as the sector evidence supports them. If you are in one of them, the solution pages cover the workflow and the demo covers the rest.
What is the same everywhere
The mechanism does not change by sector. A pharma SOP and a bank circular are the same problem wearing different clothes: an approved English document that has to become understood behaviour in someone else's language, with evidence at the end.
Questions about sector fit
Do you have customers in our sector?
Ask us on a call and we will answer it straight, including when the answer is no. We do not publish a sector logo wall, and an industry page here describes how the platform meets that sector's constraints rather than implying deployments we cannot name.
Our industry is not listed. Does MobiLearn still fit?
Usually, if a meaningful share of the people who need training are away from a desk, work in a language other than English, or are not on your payroll. Those three conditions are what MobiLearn is built around, and they cut across sectors. Describe the situation and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Does an industry page mean you have industry content ready to use?
No. MobiLearn produces learning from your documents rather than shipping a library of sector courseware. Where you want content built rather than generated, that is the managed content-production service and it is priced separately.
Tell us what your sector makes difficult
The constraint is usually specific: a regulator, a language, a contractor population, a shift pattern. Describe it and we will tell you what MobiLearn does about it and what it does not.
