What makes MobiLearn better than a conventional LMS

Unlike conventional LMS vendors that primarily provide software and charge by learner, MobiLearn combines content creation, platform operations, learner engagement, assessment and reinforcement under one accountable engagement and a predictable enterprise price.

The three barriers, and what MobiLearn does about each

MobiLearn removes the three biggest barriers to enterprise learning in India: producing content in employees' languages, extending learning without licence inflation, and knowing whether people completed, understood and retained what mattered.

Producing content in employees' languages

Why it happens here

Indian enterprises run on English SOPs and a workforce that learns in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and several more. Producing a version per language, then maintaining every one of them each time the document changes, is a production budget most L and D teams never get.

What MobiLearn does

One approved English source becomes microlearning video in the languages your people actually use, with regional voiceover, subtitles, agreed terminology and a subject-matter review before anything publishes. When the SOP changes, the language versions change with it.

Extending learning without licence inflation

Why it happens here

Attrition is high, and the people who most need training are often not on the payroll at all: contractors, dealers, distributors, franchise staff and service partners. Priced per user, every one of them is a line item, so training quietly stops at the employee boundary.

What MobiLearn does

From 1,000 learners the price is fixed within your contracted workforce band. Train every employee, contractor and channel partner without your LMS bill increasing with every login.

Knowing whether people understood and retained it

Why it happens here

A two-person L and D team can pull a completion report. Showing that the people who completed it understood it, and still knew it a month later, is a different job, and it is the one the board and the auditor ask about.

What MobiLearn does

Assessments with pass thresholds, topic-level gap analysis, recaps and follow-up assessments, with reinforcement aimed at the topics people got wrong. An LMS records attendance. MobiLearn builds an evidence trail of understanding and reinforcement.

Operated for outcomes, not merely implemented

We do not merely implement your LMS. We help create the content, operate learning campaigns, identify disengaged learners, run targeted interventions and continuously improve learning performance.

Implementation and launch comes with every platform licence. Managed content production, learning operations, migration and consulting are priced separately, so you take them when the need shows up and not before.

  • Course structuring, instructional design and multilingual production
  • User and enrolment administration
  • A learner support desk your L and D team does not have to staff
  • Campaign and nudge management, including reactivation
  • Reporting and monthly management reviews
  • Recommended interventions based on what the data shows

One predictable enterprise price

One predictable enterprise price for employees, contractors and channel partners, without per-user cost anxiety.

MobiLearn publishes its prices. A focused rollout starts at Rs 6.9 lakh a year for 100 to 999 learners. Enterprise-wide learning starts at Rs 24 lakh a year and is fixed within your contracted workforce band, so normal joining and attrition do not turn into a monthly licence reconciliation.

There is no feature maze either. Every plan carries the same capabilities, and the price reflects how many people you cover and where the platform runs.

From dashboard to intervention, in the same system

MobiLearn does not just report low completion. It helps recover it.

Where a report usually stops

A conventional LMS tells you completion is 61% and leaves the next move to you. Illustrative example with sample data, not a customer result.

MobiLearn starts there instead. The same screen that shows the number also shows who is behind it and what to do next.

  • Learners who have never started
  • Learners who stalled part way through
  • Learners inactive for longer than you allow
  • Learners past the deadline, with manager escalation
  • Learners who passed but scored badly on specific topics
  • Branches, regions and departments falling behind the rest
  • Nudges and re-engagement campaigns aimed at exactly those groups
  • A follow-up assessment to check the intervention worked

What we do not claim

The honest boundary, stated once

We do not publish outcome percentages we cannot show you the method for. When a customer result is verified, it goes on the success stories page with the period and the measurement method next to it.

Deployment can be customer-controlled: a dedicated environment, your own cloud account, a private VPC or your data centre. Sovereign AI is a separate claim, and not one we make yet.

A data processing agreement is in place, and the certification position for VAPT, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, DPDPA and GDPR is set out on the security page.

Micro-video learning on MobiLearn is short-form and mobile-first. It does not adapt itself to each individual learner, and we do not say it does.

Questions about the difference

What does an operated LMS mean in practice?

It means the work does not stop at handing you logins. Content production, enrolment administration, a learner support desk, campaign and nudge management, reporting and recommended interventions are all available from the team that runs the platform. Implementation and launch is included in every licence. The rest you take only when you want it.

How does MobiLearn pricing differ from a per-user licence?

MobiLearn publishes one annual platform licence in rupees. Below 1,000 learners there is a per-learner component, charged on enabled named users rather than on activity. From 1,000 learners the price is fixed within your contracted workforce band, so extending learning to contractors, dealers and channel partners does not reprice the licence.

Can we move off our current LMS without losing our records?

Yes. Migration covers users, courses, SCORM packages, question banks, completion history, scores and certificates, with a test migration and a parallel run before cutover, then reconciliation against the source system. You switch platforms rather than start your learning programme again.

Can MobiLearn prove that training changed our business results?

Not on its own, and we will not claim otherwise. MobiLearn measures completion, assessment scores, topic-level knowledge gaps and retention over time. Those can be read alongside your own business data to identify useful relationships, but attributing a business result to a course needs your data and an agreed method, which we set up during implementation when it matters to you.
