The MobiLearn platform, from raw knowledge to proven capability
The complete corporate learning workflow: MobiLearn helps organisations create learning faster, drive completion, evaluate understanding, reinforce important knowledge and act on learning gaps. Six capabilities, one place.
The six capabilities
The interface panels below are illustrative, with sample data. They are replaced with live MobiLearn captures before launch.
- Create
- Deliver
- Engage
- Evaluate
- Reinforce
- Measure
- Act
AI-enabled content creation
Most enterprises do not have a content library waiting to be uploaded. They have SOPs, policy documents, product decks and a handful of people who know how things actually work. MobiLearn drafts courses from it in minutes, and a reviewer on your team approves before anything reaches a learner.
- Source from internal company knowledge and common sources
- Start from a built-in library of ready-made courses
- AI drafts the structure, lessons and questions, and a human reviews before anything publishes
- Output as flashcards, video cards or micro-videos, whichever suits the audience
- Translate into your employees' regional languages
- Managed content production when you want studio quality
Deliver and manage learning at scale
A plant technician in Aurangabad and a relationship manager in Mumbai need the same platform to behave differently. Delivery is where most rollouts quietly fail.
- Multilingual learning across mobile and web, including offline access for field and plant teams
- Assign to teams and cohorts with structured journeys and deadlines
- Certification and compliance records, export-ready for an auditor
- Connect to what you already run through SSO, HRMS, APIs and SCORM
Drive completion through engagement
People finish what they want to open. The format matters more than the mandate.
- Insta-style micro videos that fit how people already watch
- Gamification: points, badges, streaks and leaderboards
- Smart nudges that remind, motivate and re-engage before a deadline slips
Evaluate and reinforce knowledge
Completion tells you somebody clicked to the end. Assessment tells you whether it landed, and reinforcement is what makes it stay.
- Quizzes that are topical, conceptual and scenario-based
- Recaps, spaced repetition and follow-up assessments
- Knowledge gaps identified per topic, with reinforcement aimed exactly there
Measure and improve learning outcomes
The reporting an L and D head can take into a review without apologising for it.
- Measure engagement, completion and retention over time
- Analyse across learners, teams, cohorts, courses and topics
- See where learners disengage or struggle, by region and by manager
- Turn insight into action with nudges, reassessment and reinforcement
Own and operate with confidence
Procurement and IT ask harder questions than anyone else in the buying group. This is the part built for them.
- Customer-controlled or sovereign deployment: shared cloud, dedicated cloud, your cloud, private VPC or on-premise
- Fixed annual pricing in workforce bands from 1,000 learners, so extending learning to more of the workforce does not reprice the licence
- Enterprise security and governance programme covering VAPT, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, DPDPA and GDPR, with current status published
- Managed content and learning operations, with migration and transition support
The same platform, four different jobs
A buying group for a learning platform usually has four people in it who each want something incompatible. This is what each of them gets.
The person the whole thing is for
- Micro-video and video cards on their own phone, in the language they work in
- Content downloaded on wifi and completed with no connection
- What is assigned to them, what is due, and what happens next
- Points, badges, streaks and a team leaderboard worth returning for
- Quizzes that ask what they would do rather than what the manual says
- Recaps and follow-up checks aimed at the topics they got wrong
- Certificates for the programmes that need them
The person who has to make it happen
- Their own team, shift or branch, and nobody else’s
- Who has not started, who stalled and who missed the deadline
- Escalation when a deadline passes, without asking L and D for a report
- Nudges they can send to their own people directly
- Topic scores showing which part their team is weak on
- Certification status for the people they are responsible for
The person who runs it day to day
- Course creation from source documents, with a review queue before anything publishes
- Organisation structure, roles, permissions and assignment rules
- Cohorts, journeys, deadlines and recertification cycles
- Regional-language versions produced from one approved source
- Campaign and nudge management across the whole estate
- Single sign-on, HRMS synchronisation, APIs and SCORM
- Audit-ready exports by department, location and content version
The person who has to answer for it
- Completion and assessment across regions, business units and cohorts
- Retention over time rather than a single completion snapshot
- Where learners disengage, by region and by manager
- Topic-level knowledge gaps across the organisation
- Compliance evidence on demand when the board or an auditor asks
- The intervention launched from the same screen as the number
What MobiLearn connects to, and how
Stated per system, with the current status rather than a logo wall. Where something is scoped during implementation we say so, because discovering that at contracting is how projects go wrong.
| System | Method | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Identity providers | Single sign-on through your existing identity provider, using standard enterprise SSO | Available. Your specific provider is confirmed during discovery. |
| HRMS and HCM | Synchronisation of joiners, movers and leavers, driving assignment from your org structure | Available. The connector for your specific HRMS is scoped during implementation. |
| SCORM content | Existing SCORM packages imported and tracked alongside natively created material | Available. |
| REST API | Programmatic access to users, assignments and completion records | Available. Scope confirmed against your use case during discovery. |
| Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and other CRM | Readiness and learning data read alongside CRM outcomes, to look for useful relationships | Scoped case by case during implementation. Not a shipped connector, and we will not describe it as one. |
| Reporting and BI tools | Exports and API access into your own reporting stack | Available via export and API. A direct connector is not shipped. |
| Existing LMS running alongside | MobiLearn as the main platform or beside an incumbent, connected through SSO, HRMS, API and SCORM | Available. Which system owns the completion record is decided during design. |
On the CRM row specifically
Connecting readiness data to CRM outcomes lets you look for useful relationships between what people know and what they sell. It does not prove that training caused a revenue change. That is correlation, we describe it as correlation, and any vendor telling you otherwise is describing an analysis they have not done on your data.
Questions buyers ask
What is an AI-powered corporate LMS?
A learning management system where the platform itself drafts the learning material. Instead of uploading finished courses, you point MobiLearn at an SOP, policy or deck and it produces lessons, quizzes and flashcards for a human to review and publish.
How does AI course creation actually work?
You upload a source document. MobiLearn extracts the structure, writes micro-lessons and assessment questions, and produces the regional-language versions. A reviewer on your team approves or edits before anything reaches a learner. Nothing publishes automatically.
Can MobiLearn create regional-language content?
Yes. Courses can be produced in the Indian languages your workforce actually uses, from the same source document, without a separate production cycle for each language.
Does MobiLearn work offline?
Yes. Learners download on wifi and complete modules without connectivity. Progress syncs when the device is next online, which matters for plant, field and branch teams.
Can MobiLearn work alongside our existing LMS?
Yes. MobiLearn can be your main corporate LMS or run alongside the one you already have, connected through SSO, HRMS integration, APIs and SCORM.
Bring one SOP to the demo. Leave with it as a course.
A 45-minute working session on your own content. We create a course from your document, assign it, and walk through the completion and evidence views your leadership would see.
