MobiLearn: built to close the loop, not to add another feature list

MobiLearn exists because the same complaint kept surfacing in enterprise after enterprise: the platform was never the problem. Getting training made, finished, retained and evidenced was.

Why MobiLearn exists: the gap we kept seeing

Across enterprise projects the same complaint kept surfacing from HR and L and D teams. The LMS was never really the problem. The problem was that content took months to produce, courses went unfinished, whatever was learned faded within a week, and nobody could show a board or an auditor what had actually happened. Buying a better feature list did not fix any of it.

MobiLearn was built to close that loop rather than to add another catalogue of features: create the learning quickly from what the business already knows, get it finished, check what stuck, reinforce where it did not, and give leadership evidence they can act on.

What makes MobiLearn different from a conventional LMS

Who builds MobiLearn

The facts an enterprise buyer checks before a platform gets on the shortlist.

What MobiLearn is
An AI-powered corporate learning management system with built-in course creation, mobile-first microlearning, assessment, reinforcement and analytics, sold with the services to operate it.
Who is behind it
Founded and directed by the people who run Omam Consultants and INT Global, businesses with more than 27 years of combined enterprise technology and workforce consulting delivery between them. MobiLearn itself is the newer venture, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a longer trading history than it has.
Where we are
Corporate office in Mumbai, with offices in Toronto and Boise and advisers across North America, Latin America and South East Asia.
Who we build for
Indian enterprises with distributed workforces: BFSI, pharma and life sciences, manufacturing, retail and other operations where a large share of the people who need training do not sit at a desk.
How we sell
Published pricing in rupees, one annual platform licence, and services bought individually rather than bundled invisibly into the contract.

What we are trying to do

Mission

To make workplace learning engaging, efficient and provable: knowledge that is retained, and outcomes an organisation can actually measure.

Vision

To reach the people most learning systems were never designed for. Frontline, deskless and distributed workers, learning in their own language, on the phone they already carry, whether or not there is a network.

How we work

Client-centricity, because no two rollouts have the same constraint. Innovation, because the category is moving quickly. Integrity, which here means publishing our prices, our certification status and the limits of what we can prove.

Leadership: who you will be working with

The founders and the regional lead. Each biography describes the work these people have done elsewhere, because MobiLearn is young and the track record that matters to a buyer is theirs.
